The rules
are simple
and the
rewards
lucrative:
Here's a free tip from Matt Cutts of
Google he gave in a USA Today Video interview, on how to
optimize your website:
Type into Google exactly what you would naturally type
if you were looking up a product or service like your
website is offering, then make sure those words you
typed are on your website. Those keywords should
also be in your title.
The page title can be modified by going to your page
properties and altering the title of the page field.
Best advice we can give is to always put your most
important keywords near the beginning of the title.
Matt Cutts of Google comes up 2900 times
on Google search results for the key phrase
Busby SEO Challenge Matt Cutts , wonder why?
.
The number of links into your site isn't as nearly as
important as who is linked to your site. It's like
high school, if the cool popular kids are your friends
then the perception of you is that you are cool and
popular too. I think that's lame, but then again I
wasn't popular in school. Ah Ha! Maybe that's why
I like this Busby World Cup, I want love and acceptance
from the world! Make me loved and popular
world, help JobKite get the 1st page ranking prize so I
can be home coming queen of the Google.
Who's winning the Busby SEO Challenge Competition right
this second?
I hope
I've made my main point
sufficiently clear - SEO
is more art than
science, more kitchen
cooking than lab
chemistry. Take a little
bit of that, and little
bit of this, and with
any luck, it will work -
but sometimes it'll be a
miserable failure. Just
keep trying, keep
improving your site, and
don't be tempted by
tricks and shortcuts -
eventually you'll get
there.

Search Engine Optimization Advice:
What is the Readability level of your web page?
The
Flesch Reading Ease test is a United States
governmental standard to determine how easy a text is to
read. It measures the approximate level of education
necessary to understand the web page content. Higher
scores indicate the text that is easier to read, and
lower numbers mark harder-to-read texts. Scores among
different languages are not comparable.
